YOUR APPOINTMENT

What happens on the day

  1. Short health screening. Our pharmacist reviews your health questionnaire and confirms this formula is right for you.
  2. Cannula placed. A small, single-use cannula is inserted — most people describe it as a brief scratch.
  3. Relax for 30–45 minutes. Settle into the chair while your infusion runs. Read, work or just switch off.

Every infusion is administered by our clinical pharmacist using sterile, single-use equipment.
