Frequently asked questions

Anyone aged 18 or over who clears our short health screening. Some conditions mean a particular treatment isn’t suitable for you – your pharmacist will talk you through this honestly before you book.
There’s a brief pinch as the cannula goes in, similar to a standard blood test. Most clients say the infusion itself is simply a quiet 30-50 minutes in a comfortable chair.
Signature blends are full-bag formulas with their own price and duration. Boosters are single ingredients added into any bag – a quick, lower-cost way to tailor a drip to you.
Sessions are kept short – typically under three minutes – and you’re supervised throughout. It isn’t suitable for everyone, including during pregnancy or with certain heart and circulation conditions, which is why we screen before every first session.
It uses gentle radiant heat to warm the body from the inside, which can help loosen tight muscles, support circulation and aid relaxation. It’s a slower, gentler session than cryotherapy – most clients use it to wind down rather than wake up.
Every IV drip is sited and administered by a registered clinical pharmacist, start to finish. Prescription-only boosters are added only after review by our prescribing clinician. Cryotherapy and infrared sessions are supervised by trained staff under the same clinical oversight.
It depends on the treatment and on you. Many clients start with a course of three over a few weeks, then move to a monthly top-up. We’ll never push a schedule that doesn’t suit you.
Honestly – we can’t promise that, and you should be wary of any clinic that does. Our treatments support your body’s own systems; they work best alongside good sleep, diet and, where relevant, a GP conversation about underlying causes.
